SALADS

These are very hearty, and considered an entrée and/or you can add the protein of your choice.

Asian Cabbage Salad:
Chopped fresh, crunchy cabbage with scallions, and colorful veggies. Tossed with a sesame ginger dressing.

Quinoa Salad: 
Colorful and nutty toasted Quinoa with lemon. basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Can stand on it's own as a meatless main dish or be accompanied by the protein of your choice.

Warm Kale Salad: 
What can be healthier than a Kale Salad that you crave with Veggie Bacon, Dates, Almonds and Crispy Shallots. It's sweet and savory at the same time and makes you think you've just sinned a little.

Seasonal Fruit Salad: 
Depending on what's in the stores or in the stands - maybe a peach/nectarine and blueberry combo. Perhaps pear/kiwi and cantaloupe or an Islandy Banana/pineapple and
citrus. Whatever custom combo you can think of and the local farmers market offers.
